UNC's Theo Pinson Jokingly Interrupts Press Conference, Thought He Was Invited

North Carolina Tar Heels sophomore Theo Pinson has been a valuable part of Roy Williams' rotation this season, but with more experienced players ahead of him, he's not a part of the starting lineup.

That means there's no spot for him at a press conference with the starters—no matter how much he wants there to be.

On Saturday, the Tar Heels had a presser for their Elite Eight showdown against Notre Dame. All of the starters—Marcus Paige, Joel Berry II, Justin Jackson, Brice Johnson and Kennedy Meeks—had a seat with a microphone. But there was no seat for Pinson.

That exclusion led to an entertaining moment at the press conference.

Williams and the Tar Heels starters got a big kick out of the reserve's antics. As the North Carolina head coach implied, Pinson is one of a kind.
