Executive vice president of talent, WWE Creative and live events Paul "Triple H" Levesque pulled in $3.1 million. The current WWE world heavyweight champion's salary broke down to $1.4 million for his executive duties and $1.7 million for his on-screen performances.
Ahead of both McMahon and Triple H, though, were executive producer Kevin Dunn, chief financial and strategy officer George Barrios and chief revenue and marketing officer Michelle Wilson.
Largely because of stock rewards totaling $3.1 million, Dunn made $4.8 million, while Barrios and Wilson made $4.5 million in 2015.
Last year was an extremely successful one for WWE from a financial perspective, as it generated $658.8 million in overall revenue, which was a 21 percent increase from 2014, per the company's earnings release.
A strong showing at WrestleMania 32 in Arlington, Texas, could send WWE well on its way to another profitable year in 2016.
The company is aiming to set an attendance record with potentially over 100,000 fans filling AT&T Stadium. Both McMahon and Triple H are playing a big role in that, as Vince is involved in the feud pitting his son, Shane McMahon, against The Undertaker, while The Game will defend the world title against Roman Reigns in the main event.
WWE is often under fire from fans for its creative direction, but it continues to thrive fiscally, and the company's top executives were rewarded handsomely for that fact in 2015.
