The UFC’s signature reality series The Ultimate Fighter returns for its 10th season on Wednesday, Sep. 16 on Spike TV.
Marketed as the "heaviest" season ever, this is the first time in the show’s history that it will feature an all heavyweight cast.
The gold team will coached by “Sugar” Rashad Evans, while the silver team is led by Quinton “Rampage” Jackson .

The fighters are ranked on a one to five-star basis. A five-star rating means you are one of the favorites to win the show, while a two-star rating means you are a dark horse to make the finals.

Zak Jensen has a gifted athletic resume. Jensen played football and wrestled at both Northern Illinois University and Augsburg College. Jensen suited up as a defensive lineman for two years at NIU while spending his last two years with Augsburg. Jensen tipped the scales as high as 290 lbs. during his football playing days.
Pulling double duty at the collegiate level shows Jensen’s commitment and athletic ability.
Two of his three key losses have come to Ultimate Fighter reality show alumni Mike Whitehead and Brad Imes.
His last fight was on February 21, 2009 at Brutal Fight Night in Wisconsin. Jensen earned a quick TKO win in less than 90 seconds versus Matt Hirsch.
Due to lack of strong state regulation Jensen last loss came just eight days prior on February 13, 2009. Jensen was a victim of a quick loss to South Dakota’s Ryan Kotzea via TKO from punches in just 24 seconds.
Jensen currently trains at Gorilla Combat in Minnesota.
