Wozniacki Loses Underwear Deal Due to Success of Cristiano Ronaldo's Brand
It looks like Rory McIlroy is not the only one who has moved on from Caroline Wozniacki in the past year.
The former No. 1-ranked women's tennis star has seen her underwear venture with Scandinavian textile company JBS come to an end, and apparently Cristiano Ronaldo is the reason.

Making it sting even more for Wozniacki, it seems to be her gutsy foray into the underwear business that actually inspired Ronaldo to follow suit.
JBS director Morten Alstrup told Ekstra Bladet, as translated by 101 Great Goals:
"Caroline Wozniacki is one of the reasons that we have got hold of Cristiano Ronaldo. He had seen how Caroline dared to be pictured in only her underwear that we had made for her, and he liked it.
We had hoped to grab a market, but the impact of CR7 has been far, far greater than we dared dream of. So it is best for the company to stop working with Caroline Wozniacki.
"
Before we start feeling too sorry for Wozniacki, though, it is worth noting that she has a lucrative sponsorship deal with Adidas and reportedly earns around $10 million from endorsements annually, per The Wall Street Journal (h/t Business Insider).
