Denver Nuggets' Linas Kleiza has been targeted by some teams in the past couple of days. Those teams include the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Toronto Raptors.

Kleiza, the up-and-coming star from Lithuania, is a restricted free agent and has been targeted by teams because he is a versatile forward who can shoot the three ball, slash, and rebound. At a very young age (24) Kleiza is looking to become a starter and help a weaker team out.

A very talented player, Kleiza had a career high of 41 points last year against the Utah Jazz coming off the bench. Although his shot selection this year wasn't the greatest, he still managed to catch the eye of the Cavaliers.

He would be an instant back-up to LeBron James if the Cavaliers choose not to re-sign Wally Szczerbiak. Kleiza is pretty much a young Wally, but a much more athletic player.

He has currently been offered a starting deal of $2.7 million from the Denver Nuggets, but can be pursued by other teams. Since he is restricted the Nuggets can match any offer other teams offer to Linas Kleiza.

Currently, the talk has died down on the Raptors side, but it could still be there. Joey Graham is a good back up to Hedo, and they Raptors don't seem to be as needy as they did a couple of weeks back.

Current talk is that both Kleiza and the Cavs have mutual interest in each other. It would be a huge signing for the Cavs for the present and the future. He won't start anytime soon, but only LeBron holds the key in that.
