Formula 1 continues to Germany for the first of back-to-back race weekends.

Hockenheim will provide an interesting test after Lewis Hamilton closed the deficit in the title race against Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg.

Behind the dominant duo, the race to be the best of the rest is hotting up too, with Williams impressing, Red Bull consistent and intriguing challenges from the midfield.

Here are our best guesses as to how the race will play out:

Mark Patterson: Both Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg have won their "home" Grands Prix this season, at Silverstone and Monte Carlo, respectively. But Monaco resident Rosberg considers Germany home, too, and he has better form than Hamilton. Behind Mercedes, Red Bull is the clear second-fastest team.

Oliver Harden: So just how much will the FRIC ban hurt Mercedes at the German Grand Prix? Maybe just enough for a surprise to occur in qualifying, with Valtteri Bottas currently enjoying the form of his life. It's hard to look beyond Lewis Hamilton for the victory, however, after his British GP win reset both his demeanour and the title battle.

Matthew Walthert: Winning at Silverstone was a big confidence boost for Hamilton, and he will put his qualifying troubles behind him to pick up his first pole since Spain. The two Mercs will have another close battle in the race, but with Hamilton leading and choosing when to pit, he will come out ahead.

Neil James: Lewis Hamilton is the man in form, and FRIC ban or no FRIC ban, the man who'll come away leading the title race going into the Hungarian Grand Prix. But it will be a race full of incident nonetheless, with several retirements.

How the Scores Are Calculated

The right answer earns you one point, except in the case of total finishers, where you can be two cars either side. However, if you predict the exact correct number of finishers, you pick up two points.
