The Complete Roger Clemens Scandal.
Forcing a Legend Out of the Game. _________________________________________________________
Washington DC
The NY Yankee Ace, Roger "The Rocket" Clemens, has now been defamed by his once trusty trainer, Brian McNamee, the man who provably lied to fans, to Congress, to Reporters and the league about Clemens, who was forced out of baseball by false accusations made by someone who dealt drugs and broke the law, and was trying to stay out of jail, just like NBA referee Mike Donaghy.
The Mitchell Report 's title page falsely reads "An Independent Investigation on Illegal Steroid Use in Baseball." Independent it was not, rather it was Selig ordered, Baseball enabled and Federally investigated all under the watchful eye of the Boston Red Sox's Legal Consultant, and ex Senate Big Whig, George Mitchell.
McNamee testified to Congress, under sworn oath to tell the truth, as "never being under duress, and never under any pressure", and was ordered by Mitchell "not to minimize, nor exaggerate, but be forthcoming." During the continuous interrogations accomplished by the Investigating Authorities, Brian McNamee was indeed "under duress, and under pressure." Brian McNamee was so affected, "it made him sick", and he was hospitalized due to stress."
The evidence McNamee handed into Congress alone proves McNamee was lying. McNamee said that, “Winstrol is white, not clear; and there is no way around it.” He was alluding to Barry Bonds unknowingly using the “clear.”
Take a look at these pictures, and show me the vile with the white liquid. This is what Winstrol looks like, and as you can see, it is a white liquid, like milk. Some of McNamee’s vials have dust on them, but inside the container is a clear liquid.
Guess what else is a clear liquid that has been mentioned in conjunction with Clemens? If you guessed Lidocaine, then you would be right. The other vials McNamee admitted are brownish red and resemble B-12. This is a picture of a Yao You Pharmacy supply of Chinese-market only, B-12. Does it look familiar, taking into account that they may have spent seven years in the basement of McNamee’s old house?
How has this discrepancy over evidence not been reported yet? Where is the “Daily Screws” or ESPN on this one?
The mass media is obviously trying to prolong this scandal to make themselves more money which is, of course, biased reporting to say the least.
The Neilson Ratings prove that the media is making huge profitts made both the advertisers that support the media and the controversial headlines produced only to increase circultation because controversy sells.
What the mass media has not told you is that they were wrong about: Mindy McCready and the alleged affair becuase she denied that the affair took place in late June, they were wrong about Shaun Kelley and Kelly Blair and were wrong about Jeff Bagwell; each of whom were reported as having first hand knowledge to proove Clemens guilt, and they were not reliable - fluff sells.
Brian McNamee stated that Roger Clemens had an abscess from an injection of steroids that McNamee "illegally administered" which was hurried. Afterwards, McNamee contends, Clemens quit using steroids, the result of a "botched injection."
According to McNamee, his injury causing mishap ("botched injection") happened
_______________________________________________________________
1) Sometime after Canseco's Party (JUNE 8th through 10th, 1998),
2.) After the Marlins stand (JUNE 8th through the 10th)
4.) In either the Sky Dome (according to the Mitchell Report),
a.) Or in Tampa Bay Rays' Clubhouse (June 15th through the 17th, 1998, per McNamee's deposition).
5.) There were 4 to 5 injections by McNamee (according to the Mitchell Report),
a.) Or 16 injections (according to McNamee's deposition).
6.) The Blue Jays Trainers knew about "the abscess" of which McNamee claims to have caused while "in a rush."
7.) After the "injury" Clemens gave him the contraband, told him to get rid of it, and McNamee gave it to Canseco.
a.) Clemens quit at this point, according to McNamee in both the Mitchell Report, and his deposition now has varying dates.
1.) Mitchell Report Date Given, "after Canseco's party (June 1998)," OR Deposition Date, the Injury date which the trainers knew about from a botched injection," (July 1998).
2). Deposition Date Given - early September, 1998.
________________________________________________________________
These allegations are completely false as the time-line, McNamee's own words, an uncontroverted MRI, Medical and Injury Reports, Trainers' and Expert testimony can prove.
According to Dr. Ron Taylor, The Toronto Blue Jays Chief Physician, who was also threatened with jail time for knowingly making false official statements to federal investigators, testified that “Clemens didn’t have an abscess when he examined” him in July, injected him with B-12 in July, and offered Medical Reports on Clemens in July. This is one fact among many that was distorted by the Oversight Committee.
Congress continuously showed their separate and hidden agendas, specifically the Democrats, who had Dr. Taylor’s' sworn statement in hand while distorting what was true. Just like they did to Roger's Nanny, who said the very next day after the hearing, "they lied about what I told them. I was never at (Jose Canseco's) party."
Jose Canseco's party, which was in Tampa Bay, FL. between June 8th and June 10th, 1998, is where the time-line starts. "After returning from the Marlins road trip, June 12," Brian McNamee implies that "Clemens was huddled with an unknown third party and Canseco at Jose's party 'doing a drug deal." He further alleges that shortly after returning home from Canseco's Party he injected Clemens with steroids, who developed an abscess as result, and that the Blue Jays trainers knew, as that is what they told him directly. McNamee seems to be eluding to mid to late June. An abscess takes 2 weeks to develop, and then more time to heal.
Each injection, according to the Mitchell Report, was at the Sky Dome. McNamee swore that he was telling the truth in the Mitchell Report. He was interviewed between 5 and 8 times to verify his version of events. He said each injection happened in Toronto.
But in his deposition McNamee changed the Reports credibility, saying that the botched injection happened in Tampa Bay. The Jays were in Tampa in mid June. He said he "pushed the injection too hard, and it went in too quickly. They had to hurry as we were in the Tamp Bay clubhouse, in a snack room."
Victor Conte said that “McNamee's statement was inaccurate. Winstrol is never "pushed too hard", it is a thin liquid. You start to inject it, and then bam. It's in." You only have to "push" testosterone, because it offers resistance. This is one of several McNamee inaccuracies. But if the steroid did "pool", then it would abscess. This fact is unavoidable. McNamee said "it pooled." Which is true, Winstrol would cause an abscess if it pooled, per Dr. Murphy, an Army Doctor, who was called on by Waxman 10 years after the fact and who never examined Clemens at all.
When confronted that the only "injury the trainers knew about" was in July, and that it was the result of a B-12 injection, not an abscess, and just a mere bruise, McNamee then changed the date to early September. He backs up the now September accusation by saying, "after the injury, Clemens threw the (contraband) into his locker, which he gave to Canseco, because he was “comfortable with Jose." Yet, Canseco denies it, and like everyone else, he too would go to jail if he lied. Each interview the Feds read the same threat of jail time, as made to McNamee, for knowingly making false official statements. Yet, McNamee isn't being investigated for perjury.
In a recent SI.com article, McNamee said "I only treated Clemens at the end of July, beginning of August," and has said that he treated Clemens from 4 to 6 weeks. HOWEVER, the Blue Jays were never in Tampa in July, nor in August, nor in early September! Certainly this accusation would rule out JUNE. We should all change our calendars per McNamee, tear out one month, combine June with July, and rename it "June Ly."
If what McNamee said in this article (Jan. 2008) is true, then the Medical Reports dated in July, and August would have shown an abscess; and there are medical reports that go directly to an injury that the trainers knew about that summer, "with still quite a bit of time left in the season," per McNamee on Clemens quit date, in McNamee's' Deposition.
"Quite a bit of time left in the season" is not September. He could be talking about August; but then there would have been injections sights all over the place. Yet no one ever saw them, or they are lying under threat of jail time. The trainers, MRI and medical staff testified to only knowing about one injury, which took place in July, it was not an abscess.
McNamee is lying about the proof he is trying to provide to back up his story; he morphs to not get caught, changes and then discredits himself.
McNamee treated Clemens in "July, and August; for 4 to 6 weeks" McNamee claimed there were 4 injections in the Report, but then changed it to 16 in his deposition. Another inaccuracy changing the credibility of the Mitchell Report, the one Selig, Mitchell and half of Congress stands by. McNamee really isn't just making stuff up as he goes along??
Tommy Craig was interviewed twice, he was warned that if he lied, he would go to jail (just like McNamee), and each time denies McNamee’s story, and supports Clemens story. When challenged with Craig's testimony in his deposition, McNamee contends that, "It was Craig who diagnosed Clemens with an abscess. I asked him what was up with Roger, and he told me he had an abscess. I never said it was an abscess, Tommy did."
Yet Craig said "the only injury was caused by a B-12 injection." He remembers the injury. Tommy Craig is not a doctor, and therefore would never diagnose anything, and testified to never saying what McNamee claimed. During his first interview Craig did say McNamee appeared to be "shady, his stories never added up, and there were always holes, so I stayed away from him."
Scott Shanahan is the only other trainer. He didn't even know about the B-12 bruise. He says abscesses are normal for athletes to develop. In grown hair, or clogged sweat glands can both cause them. So there is no reason to lie about an abscess for medical staffers. He never had any reason to suspect Clemens, though he did suspect Canseco. When asked why they injected it into Clemens rear, Craig answered, "to avoid any soreness in the shoulder that would result." Thus making plain the soreness Clemens experienced.
They are talking about the only injury to Clemens in 1998 which was a very legal B-12 shot, and it was in July.
Page 14, Dr. Ron Taylor interview by Oversight Staff, Dr. Taylor testified:
______________________________________________________________________
Dr. Taylor: "A B-12 injection I would give. I've only given it twice in my career, and once was to Roger Clemens, as you know.
It was on a home stand in Toronto on July 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 or 22, in that period. They haven't got it documented in the report, as you know. It said it was 7 to 10 days before July 28, 1998.
Investigator: "Okay. Do you remember giving the shot?"
Dr. Taylor: "Yes, I do."

Closing The Case
B-12, or not B-12, that is the question:
B-12 is a co-enzyme, a natural bacteria type bi- product of a normal diet, one which includes meat. A vegan, Roger, is one who does not eat, nor consume animal bi-products (milk, cheese, eggs), nor any animals whatsoever (fish included). Veganism is something rather new, hip, "in", as considered by tree huggers, or liberals who feel the meats pain. When Clemens was asked if he was a vegan, it was a weak attempt of putting him on the spot. I was merely a political ploy. And Clemens gave the best of all responses possible, answering, "A what?"
Vegans stick to Tofu, and peanuts for protein, which is essential for the production of B-12. So, by not getting enough protein, vegans need to take B-12 artificially. B-12 is crucial for the body’s' metabolism, and provides every cell in the body with energy. Requesting B-12 is in line with Clemens going to Taylor, complaining of "fatigue." Contrary to what "hip" Congressmen sell us, there is no way of telling how a Professional, Multimillion Dollar Athletes' body responds to fighting stress. Do they experience more physical and mental stress than the norm? Probably. In other words, Rogers Mother might have gotten it right after all. I know because I listen to my Momma too.
If he was suffering fatigue, no wonder he wanted a metabolism boost. Have you seen the new "Energy Drink" Ads on ESPN lately?? Check their contents. B-12 is in most of them and is a big market too. The chiropractor, Blue Jays Doctor Patrick Graham, said he never saw any evidence that Clemens was using steroids either. Dr. Graham also admitted to receiving B-12 injections with Clemens, while working out with him.
While McNamee claims to have "not heard of Clemens taking B-12 until 60 Minutes", he must have known it as a Physical Trainer for the Toronto Blue Jays, responsible for training their ace pitcher, Roger Clemens. Protocol outlined by Dr. Ron Taylor demands he knew as a Professional Baseball Trainer.
Clemens was taking B-12 and McNamee (with his vitamin store) knew this information, as Tommy Craig told him. In his deposition McNamee outs himself. He put himself with Craig as he was treating the injury caused by Dr. Ron Taylor, who is of course accredited and a REAL Doctor. Hope this covers the the B-12 enigma.
Abscessing?
McNamee said the Winstrol "botched injection" pooled. If it did pool, per Doctor Murphy, an abscess would have resulted. McNamee equates the abscess as being in July, which "Tommy Craig knew." McNamee even said "Tommy Craig told me it was an abscess," further going to July. Yet the MRI shows no scar, no mark of an abscess, no developing abscess, or anything resembling an abscess, or a recently healed abscess. Tommy Craig denies McNamee’s accusations, as does Scott Shanahan and neither is a career criminal who deals drugs.
If there was any abscess in July, the MRI would have shown it. MRI's are mechanical, and don't lie about missing abscesses. MRI's show everything, good, bad and ugly; and they don't succumb to any pressure to report otherwise. McNamee lied again, about the abscess relevant to any "botched injection."
An abscess starts off like an infection, or "boil", which then pops, leaving a good-sized hole in the skin. It is naturally, a small pustule ball, underneath the top layer of epidermis (skin). It develops below the skin, then as time goes by, it becomes bright red, to a head. They are professionally drained by trainers all the time and sometimes surgically.
More importantly, the tissue where the injection took place becomes exposed, as does the muscle. An abscess would take weeks to recover from start to finish. It would take two weeks to develop, and two weeks to recover, equaling 4 weeks altogether. Not only that, but the fluid that is drained would also consist of "Winstrol", thus making a huge, "egg sized abscess" bound to cause a serious injury, per Conte. McNamee's alleges that Roger learned to use "a small band-aid to cover the abscess, and stop the bleeding." That would be like plugging a hole in a damn wall with chewing gum.
The time-line, both trainers, the Jays Medical Staff, and a MRI all prove McNamee is lying. Maybe to get a deal, like ex-NBA Referee, Donaghy. The NBA said of Donaghy’s allegations, "He is a desperate man making up big stories in an attempt to stay out of jail." Sound familiar? Clemens said the same thing of McNamee. McNamee also said, "I would rather be known a liar than a drug dealer." In the long run McNamee may get his wish.
Would a local shot of lidocaine help an ailing back?
Dr. Littner, of the Houston Astros, says it would provide relief for up to 4 hours. Clemens did have chronic back pain, hence the chiropractor. And Gene Moynahan, who was told he would go to jail of he lied, said that Clemens did get a shot for pain prior to one game. Moynahan further testified that the Yankees allow for B-12 injections, and they don't even record it. Two more Doctors and more trainers all warned with jail time for lying, support Clemens testimony.
Recently the Team USA manager was quoted as saying, "Clemens took 3 shots in the elbow and some in the shoulder just last year." Pain killers are common place.
Time, and time again, we read in the Doctors' Interviews how they pampered Roger Clemens because of who he was, their ace. Are we expected to believe that they cared so much about Clemens that they missed an abscess site, which is something that Shanahan testified to as having "natural causes?"
A Little Background on McNamee.
Clemens contends he went to McNamee for B-12 treatments and wisely so if he had just sustained injury from another administering a B-12 shot. Per Roger, McNamee told Clemens he should be going to him for B-12 injections. McNamee said, "It is what I do," and Clemens DID think McNamee was a doctor, so why not? All medical personnel interviewed stated that various teams do not debrief the players on who is approved to treat the players with vitamin injections.
