Flames Blow Lead, Again

Sandy MacPhersonContributor IMay 24, 2016

Another game and another blown lead, I hope Calgary fans plan on developing a thick skin.

Up 2-0 tonite against Chicago the Flames once again could not hold on to the lead and when the lead was blown and both teams were pressing it was the Blackhawks who were able to take the lead and successfully defend it untill the final buzzer.

Chicago’s twenty year old Jonathan Toews picked up two goals including the winner while his super sophmore counterpart Patrick Kane picked up his first career postseason marker.

Calgary captain Jarome Iginla netted his first goal against the Blackhawks in 6 games this season opening the scoring on a rebound goal in the first period.
