The foundation for college football teams heading into 2013 was laid this week as the best recruits in the country made their final decisions on National Signing Day.

Elite teams, like Alabama, will use this influx of talent to keep their spot at or near the top of the rankings.

Other teams will be fighting to get to that elite status. Recruiting is a process that will make or break a lot of coaching careers. Some coaches have a knack for talking to young people and selling them on the idea of being a building block of a championship.

Other than Alabama, which school will have the best National Signing Day?
