With just two weeks until WWE’s Tables, Ladders and Chairs Pay-Per-View, this Monday’s edition of Raw must put the emphasis on building towards that event and not looking past it to the Royal Rumble.
While it has become blatantly clear that TLC is just a holdover PPV until the road to the Royal Rumble begins Dec. 17 in Philadelphia, the WWE must convince the fans that there is a good chance something big will happen at this event.
There is a serious possibility that Brock Lesnar could make his return at TLC, but the company is more likely to save that for a bigger moment. That means WWE has to use its booking ability to make people believe a star like Ryback really can win the WWE title.
This Raw is important to the success of TLC, but the WWE should be able to handle it.

Possible Tag Match on Raw?
If you watched SmackDown on Friday or haven’t been living under a rock, you can see where the rumors of a tag team match between John Cena and Sheamus versus Big Show and Dolph Ziggler are coming from.
With WWE already giving away Cena versus Ziggler and Big Show versus Sheamus happening at the previous PPV, what better way to get these men involved in a match than by tagging them up.
Watch out for next week’s rumors about Sheamus versus Dolph Ziggler and Big Show versus John Cena.

3MB Segment from Bourbon Street?
If for some reason you don't find the Three Man Band incredibly funny, that is incredibly sad for you—especially with the news that they will likely have a segment on Raw this week.
With 3MB taping something on Bourbon Street in New Orleans while the WWE was in Louisiana, the possibilities of what could be in this segment are endless. No matter what the video contains, it will be comedy gold.

The best part of the recent WWE programming has been the introduction of The Shield, consisting of Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. With an amazing promo and a huge impact made by destroying Ryback, the company must have something up its sleeve for these guys on Monday.
Question on Everyone’s Mind: Will we have more The Shield promos?
While last week’s Raw had some great moments (e.g. Cena versus Ziggler on TV), the best part of the night was watching The Shield shine in the backstage interview promo with Michael Cole. They were excellent.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Indy Darlings
With so much raw potential for The Shield—not just in the ring or on the mic, but on the main-event level—the fact that they are being pushed this hard already is a great sign moving forward. This could be a legendary angle if handled correctly.

John Cena, A.J Lee and Dolph Ziggler
There will be many fans who openly question the booking of John Cena last week on Raw when he defeated Money in the Bank holder Dolph Ziggler clean, but this is all setting up for Cena to look strong on TV and lose at the PPV.
Question on Everyone’s Mind: Why is Ziggler losing to Cena bad?
Cena is the face of the company, and win, lose or draw, the fact that Ziggler is working a match with him is a huge rub. While losing isn’t the way to build Dolph as invincible, no one will remember this match in the long term.
Hype Meter: 4 out of 5 Ziggler Wins in Meaningful Matches
While many fans are complaining about how Ziggler has been booked, the shock that comes along with the Money in the Bank being cashed in and the fact that Dolph will be a world champion will make fans forget how many losses he took before. All that matters is that he is properly booked when he wins the gold.
