The UFC makes its return to Fuel TV on Saturday morning when Cung Le takes on Rich Franklin in middleweight action. Franklin has forever been the company man; always willing to step up on short notice to face whoever the UFC lines up for him. He faces Le in the UFC's first event held off the coast of mainland China.
In the co-main event, Thiago Silva looks to get back on track when he faces Stanislav Nedkov in light heavyweight action. Silva last fought Alex Gustafsson in an unsuccessful return to the Octagon. In Nedkov he finds a very winnable fight.
The rest of the card is fantastic as Paulo Thiago faces Don Hyun Kim and Takanori Gomi returns to face Mac Danzig.
It will be an early morning for everyone and will test the most hardcore of fans as the event begins as the sun rises on the East coast. The main card will go live at 9 a.m. ET with six fights.

Round 1: Le lands a leg kick and Franklin counters with a right hand. Franklin lands a kick to the thigh and follows up with a jab. Le lands a counter right hand. Franklin lands a leg kick and Le attempts to counter with a back hook kick. Franklin puts a nice combination together and follows up with leg kicks. Cung Le lands an uppercut and Rich Franklin is OUT COLD. WOW!

Round 3: Silva back on the offensive with punches and kicks while Nedkov has that right hand loaded. Silva is picking him apart before hitting a takedown. Silva working from mount and then locks in an arm triangle. Nedkov is forced to tap.

Round 2: Thiago Silva lands a kick to the junk to open the round and Nedkov is in pain. After a short break action continues and Nedkov clinches against the fence. Silva lands punches with his back against the fence but has trouble with distance. They break but Nedkov lands punches before clinching again. Thiago is doing all the damage in the clinch but it's Nedkov who is controlling the position. This is such a boring fight. They break and Silva lands a kick to the junk again but there's no break. When he has range to throw, Silva does well but Nedkov just keeps pressing forward and clinching. I'm seriously so bored. Nedkov is doing absolutely nothing. Literally nothing. They break and Silva works Nedkov over with punches and kicks. Nedkov lands an overhand right and drops Silva. The round ends with him working punches from the top. 10-9 Thiago Silva

Round 1: Nedkov rushes forward throwing punches before clinching against the fence. Silva is throwing hard punches and knees to the body. Silva gets space and throws a knee to the face. He falls and Nedkov throws leather. Silva responds with punches of his own. Silva gets a thai clinch and lands a knee to the face. Silva buckles Nedkov with a chopping leg kick. Nedkov clinches again but disengages when Thiago gets control of his head. 10-9 Thiago Silva

Round 3: Kim rushes with a spinning back fist and ends up face planting into the cage. Kim shoots quickly for a single leg and ends up taking Thiago's back. Kim is riding Thiago like a backpack and Thiago can't get Kim off his back. Some punches and Kim finally drags Thiago all the way down to the mat. Hard punches from Kim from the back. Thiago is taking all of them well but he's not doing anything but fight on the defensive. Kim is relentless and throwing double punches like Sakuraba. Thiago did nothing. 10-9 Dong Hyun Kim

Round 2: Kim closes the distance and clinches up. Kim hits a judo trip and Thiago tries to defend with a kimura. Thiago is holding onto that arm while Kim is working to take his back. Knees to the body from Kim. Thiago finally lets go of the arm and Kim has a cradle. Thiago stands and Kim takes Thiago down with an inside trip. Round 1: Kim shoots from way outside for a sing leg but Thiago defends well. Kim gives up the leg and drives forward with a clinch takedown. Kim takes Thiago's back and has both hooks in. Kim is working for a rear naked choke but Thiago defends. Kim with another choke attempt but he can't finish it. Kim starts throwing punches to the head to soften Thiago up before attacking for the choke again. Kim has a tight neck crank but he can't finish it before the round ends. 10-9 Dong Hyun Kim

Round 3: Right hand from Gomi drops Danzig at the open of the bout. Danzig throws up kicks but Gomi avoids taking damage and lands in Danzig's guard. Short hammer fists from Gomi. Gomi stands and Danzig looks for a leg lock. Gomi defends with a figure four footlock. He ends up back in guard and unless Danzig gets back to his feet, this is a Gomi round. As I'm typing that Danzig creates space and is back to his feet. Gomi is controlling the clinch against the fence but Danzig is able to break a bit. Gomi looks for a takedown and Danzig sprawls out. They break and exchange punches. Danzig looks to be the fresher fighter. Right hand lands and Gomi is calling for Danzig to fight him. Danzig looks for a low takedown but Gomi defends. Round 2: Mac Danzig is looking good early with punches that seem to be frustrating Gomi. Gomi looks for a takedown but Danzig stuffs it well. Gomi breaks and continues to push Danzig back with stiff jabs. Danzig connects with hooks that Gomi just walks through. Gomi is abandoning his combinations and just throwing wild punches. Danzig changes levels and competes a double leg. Danzig is working from half guard and locks in a guillotine choke. He can't lock in the gull guard and uses it to sweep. Round 1: Danzig throwing leg kicks to establish his range early. He throws one ot the body as well. Gomi is moving well and lands his own leg kick. Gomi lands a punch down the pipe and Danzig pushes froward. Danzig doubles up on his jab. Danzig has a thai clinch and lands knees to the body. Danzig tries to clinch and Gomi completes a double leg. Danzig is able to push off and get back to his feet. Gomi lands some hard leg kicks and Danzig hits his own takedown. Zhang rocks Tuck with a left hand and Tuck responds with another flying knee. Tuck looks flat footed and Zhang is taking advantage. Tuck attempts another jumping knee and Zhang rocks him with another hook. Big right hand lands for Tuck and staggers Zhang. Zhang hasn't looked for a takedown in the round and is winning on the feet. Round 2: Zhang lands a huge left hand and they are just going for it with exchanges. Tuck lands another jumping knee and Zhang hits another takedown. Tuck hits another sweep and is now working from half guard. He prepares to lock in a kimura but steps over to mount. Zhang gives up his back again and Tuck is working for that choke. Zhang is doing well on defense but he's not scoring any points. Tuck tries to lock down an arm like BJ Penn but Zhang escapes. 10-9 Jon Tuck

Round 1: Tuck connects with a jumping knee but Zhang hits a takedown and lands in side control. Tuck gets back to guard and throws his legs up for an armbar. Nice grappling exchange and Tuck ends up on top. Tuck takes Zhang's back and is looking to lock in a rear naked choke. Tuck to mount and then side control and then back to mount. He takes Zhang's back again and is close to finishing the fight with a choke. Zhang defends again and gets back to his feet as the round comes to a close. 10-9 Jon Tuck

Round 3: Mizugaki drops Houghland with a right hand but Jeff gets back to his feet and hits a big slam. He's unable to keep Mizugaki grounded and Takeya ends up back on top after a trip. Mizugaki postures up and lands big punches. Houghland gets distance and stands up. Mizugaki with punches before dragging the fight back to the mat. Mizugaki landing decent punches but again, we get a referee stand up. That's okay though because Mizugaki gets the fight right back to the mat. Mizugaki opens up a cut over the left eye and just pours it on with punches. 10-9 Takeya Mizugaki

Round 2: Jeff Houghland is moving well for someone who got annihilated with punches in the first. Mizugaki lands a left hook to the liver. They clinch and Mizugaki lands a knee to the body and a short elbow to the face. Houghland looks for a single leg and Mizugaki defends well. Mizugaki hits a clinch trip and is back to working from the top. Mizugaki isn't as active and the referee threatens another standup. Houghland looks for an armbar and Mizugaki defends well. Houghland gives up his back but rolls back to guard. Referee stand up and Mizugaki wobbles Houghland with a left hook. Round 1: Mizugaki lands a right hand to open the fight. They clinch up and land knees and punches. Mizugaki lands a left hand to the chin that backs Houghland up. Leg kick from Houghland. Houghland shoots from waaay outside and comes up empty. Mizugaki closes the distance and Houghland attempts another takedown but Mizugaki ends up on top. Houghland looks for an armbar but Mizugaki defends and then lands heavy leather from up top. Houghland is loking for a submission again and Mizugaki is just turning his face into hamburger meat with punches. This is the best that Takeya Mizugaki has looked, ever. Round 3: Caceres slips as he tries to go up top with a kick. Tezuka isn't able to take advantage of the position and Caceres is back to his feet. Caceres has been tentative because of Tezuka's grappling and takedown game. Caceres comes forward with punches and kicks but Tezuka changes levels for a single leg. He doesn't run the pipe and Caceres is able to step out. Caceres landing punches but nothing with stopping power. When Tezuka comes forward, Caceres lands a side stepping right hook. And another. Tezuka wants a fight and grabs a single leg. Caceres with another jumping knee and an elbow. Tezuka finally gets the takedown but Caceres ends up in a triangle as the round ends. 10-9 Alex Caceres

Round 2: Spinning back kick lands for Caceres. Caceres throws a kick to the body and Tezuka takes him down. Tezuka doing well to lock Caceres down and pass to side control. Caceres is busy off his back while Tezuka isn't doing much from up top. Caceres creates distance and stands. He's back to attacking the legs. Tezuka drops for another takedown and drives forward for a single leg. Caceres hits a jumping knee to the face before escaping the takedown attempt. Caceres seems tentative on the feet.
