Consider this your warning that a basketball league filled with scantily clad women dressed in mere bikinis is weeks away.
There is, of course, the Lingerie Football League, an organization hoping to bring some entertainment into your life with a little football and a whole lot of women in lingerie.
That left a gaping hole where a basketball league should be. Perhaps you have sat on your couch wondering why there aren't any basketball organizations with hot women in skimpy outfits.
Well, shame on you.
There is no reason to ever wonder that—but rest assured it's coming to an arena near you shortly.
If you thought the ability to shoot a jumper and grab boards was all that would make a great female basketball player, think again.
Here is what a team rep told the Miami New Times.
This is a competitive basketball league, so we are definitely looking for girls that can really play. It is also a bikini league in which the girls will be playing basketball in bikinis, so looking good in a bikini is a must.
If being a bombshell weren't enough, you have to, like, know how to play basketball and stuff, too.
They can expect to sweat their hair out and have their basketball skills tested. Dribbling, shooting, passing, running, scrimmaging and more. We will also have a interview process where we ask them an array of questions to see if they have the mind-frame and personality that we seek.
Wow, dribbling and running? Count me out, because the last running I did was for the ice cream truck last weekend. Also the fact that I am male negates my inclusion, despite me looking phenomenal in a bikini.
Those outside Miami can sleep well knowing there are bound to be other tryouts in various cities. Check out the Twitter feeds of the teams guaranteed to make this league a booming success.
According to the league's website, you have about a month to show off that summer body and lovely basketball skills.
Good luck on that whole saving the world thing, Bikini Basketball League.
