Oregon Ducks Kick off Season with Gangnam Style

Colleges, professional teams and fans; lend me your eyes. Get your Gangnam Style parody videos produced and bottled immediately, because there is a shark lying there just dying to be jumped over.

With Leather spots this remarkable video of one mascot's journey to bring whatever the hell Gangnam Style is to the Oregon Ducks faithful.

I am enthralled.

It even features Yoda and Kermit the Frog (2:33 mark), the Oregon Ducks cheerleaders (throughout) and a tree that reminds me of the Stanfurd Tree getting trashed (not enough).

This isn't the first parody of this sort, because the MLB playoffs got the same treatment a few days ago.

And sadly, this will not be the last.

Oh man, will this music ever get old? Yes, it happened at about the 3:56 mark of the video, so tread lightly, you would-be parody producers.

These things have a way of spiraling out of control.

It's been roughly 17 years since the first "Call Me Maybe" video came out (citation needed) and we still have people thinking a recording with that song would be wildly imaginative.

Take heed, Internets. You have about two more of these things before it gets nauseating.

Record accordingly.
