Theo Walcott Contract: Should Arsenal Fans Worry About Winger's Future? (Poll)
Here's what we know for sure about Theo Walcott's future at Arsenal.
Walcott's current contract runs through the end of the 2012-13 season. As of Wednesday, he had not signed a new deal.
The rest is a combination of rumor, speculation and gossip, and there has been plenty of it.

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has told Walcott he will be sold by the transfer deadline if he does not sign a new contract in the coming days. The new deal is reportedly worth £75,000 per week over five years.
The Daily Telegraph reports that Walcott wanted a contract worth closer to £100,000 per week. He currently earns around £60,000 per week.
Both publications are reporting that Liverpool and Manchester City are interested in Walcott, should he leave Arsenal. A transfer fee of £12 million is floating around numerous media sources.
Not so fast, though, according to ESPN FC.
Citing Arsenal sources, the website is reporting that Arsenal and Walcott remain in talks over a new contract.
"It is all speculation," said the source. "Negotiations are ongoing."
Walcott's representatives declined to comment.
With all that in mind, here are a couple of question for Gooners. Should Wenger fight to keep Walcott? If so, how much is Walcott worth?
Walcott, 23, joined Arsenal in 2006. Even at age 16, Walcott was billed as a future star (BBC Sport).
He was selected for Sven-Goran Eriksson's England squad for the 2006 World Cup but did not play. Since then, Walcott's development has been somewhat slower than Arsenal fans might have hoped.
Consistently one of the Premier League's fastest players, Walcott has failed to develop so-called "football intelligence."
Even so, he scored eight league goals last season, with 11 assists. This season, Walcott started Arsenal's season-opening draw with Sunderland but fell to the substitutes' bench against Stoke the following week.
While losing Walcott would represent another high-profile departure for Arsenal this summer, the Gunners could recoup up to £12 million with his sale.
So, are Walcott's speed and potential worth £100,000 per week? Should Arsenal re-sign him for PR value alone?
Or is it time to cash in?
