23-year-old Rickie Fowler earned his first win on the PGA Tour by beating Rory McIlroy and DA Point in a playoff.

Fowler needed just one playoff hole to secure the win as he hit a beautiful second shot four-feet from the pin and sank the birdie. Both McIlroy and Points had pars.

Points had a chance to win this tournament. All he needed was a par on No. 18, and he came up with a bogey. His loss is Fowler's gain.

This is likely to be the first of many wins for the talented Fowler.
