Good morning, SEC fans. Never a dull moment in the nation's best conference. Here are a few links to get you going this Tuesday morning.

Arkansas' hiring of John L. Smith is a brilliant move, writes Pat Forde of Yahoo! Sports.

Meanwhile, Gregg Doyel of CBSSports.com isn't as impressed with the move.

Stewart Mandel of SI.com thinks that Arkansas' plan signing Smith to a 10-month contract is a fascinating experiment.

My reaction to the hire is closer to Forde's than Doyel's.

Former Maryland offensive tackle Max Garcia made it official and will transfer to the University of Florida, according to Zach Abolverdi of the Gainesville Sun.

Texas A&M announced its scoring system for the spring game this Saturday, according to David Harris of the Bryan-College Station Eagle.

Bo Bikes Bama, the charity bike ride founded by former Auburn running back Bo Jackson to raise money for the victims of last year's tornado outbreak in the state of Alabama, starts on Tuesday according to Joel Erickson of the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer.
