Fabio Capello Resigns: Why Jose Mourinho Will Be Spurs Manager Next Season
With all the focus being on finding England's next man in charge, it looks like Real Madrid could be the biggest losers of all with "The Special One" seemingly poised to return to London and replace Harry Redknapp.
Jose Mourinho has made it no secret of his desire to return to the EPL. In fact, he has gone out of his way to insist his return could be as early as next season.
With England manager-less, the knock-on effect has made sure that wish could soon become a reality quicker than anyone would have ever thought possible.

Mourinho is without doubt a genius. He has succeeded wherever he has been and currently looks set to claim a historic La Liga title with Real Madrid.
Does he love himself? Of course. Does the English public love him? Without a doubt. Will the prospect of a return to London be too much to turn down? I suspect so.
But not many would have seen Spurs as the favourite destination for the 49-year-old a few months ago, least of all Mourinho himself.
It would be a huge surprise if Redknapp does not take the England job he so badly wants. And if the English FA get their man, he will leave behind one of the most exciting teams in the EPL.
A team that still has great players, plenty of ambition, room for improvement and money—all in all—is a very attractive proposition for Mr. Mourinho.
Of course Chelsea would love to have him back and Andre Viilas-Boas continues to be under intense pressure, but it would be a major shock if they sacked the man they have publicly put so much faith in.
Manchester City also have to be considered and with money no object, they would certainly be a leading contender. But Roberto Manchini looks fairly solid at the moment and a potential Premier League title will certainly secure the Italian's job for the foreseeable future.
There is of course the England job too! And I'm sure one day we will see the former Chelsea boss at the helm, but not just yet.
That leaves Spurs, a team almost certain of Champions League football next year and world-class players such as Gareth Bale and Luca Modric.
The Spurs fans will obviously be angry and frustrated at the potential loss of 'Arry' but what better way to appease them than bringing in the hottest managerial commodity in world football?
Jose Mourinho—Welcome to Tottenham Hotspur.
