This is the first monthly Dallas Mavericks Community writers contest! The way this will work will be as follows:

  • There are two categories: Best Overall Writer, Most Entertaining Writer.
  • Eight writers will be nominated for their contributions to the site thus far. Each writer is eligible for both categories, and CAN win both awards.
  • The readers and writers will vote through their comments on this article(Please be clear who you are voting for). While the nominees are encouraged strongly to vote, they cannot vote for themselves. Voters can vote for the same person for both awards.
  • The winners will be announced on Dec. 17 and will carry their respective new tag for the next month. The two winners will gain enormous amounts of respect from the Bleacher community as a whole, and hopefully a sense of pride.

This will be a monthly contest, and if you are not nominated, don't worry. If you make notable contributions, you could be nominated next month!
