The winner of the Bleacher Report NFL Writer of the Year award is...

(Drum roll)

Daniel Cox.

Daniel received 38.5 percent of the 442 votes cast. Coming in second place was Jeff Smirnoff with 35.7 percent of the votes. Third place went to Angel Navedo with 20.1 percent.

Being the Bleacher Report NFL Writer of the Year for 2008 not only comes with a prestigious title, but it also comes with a shiny new Bleacher Report t-shirt.

Congratulations again to all the nominees (you can see the entire list of nominees here)!
