Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys are on key once again.  Romo and the Cowboys offense clicked on all cylinders against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday.

Romo was on fire against the Bucs.  He completed almost 80 percent of his passes and totaled four touchdowns (three passing, one rushing).  When the Cowboys went up 28-0, Romo didn't make mistakes to let the Bucs back in the game.

Felix Jones had a very pleasing day.  He ran for 108 yards on 22 carries.  Also, Jones had three catches for 23 yards.

Romo and Jones are two Cowboys fantasy owners will want to start in Week 16.  Following is a breakdown on them and two other Cowboys players to start.

Tony Romo

Romo could be on his way to a solid December.  Observers often knock Romo for his December record (7-12), but Romo has been excellent this December.  Romo has completed at least two-thirds of his passes in each of his last three games.  He has yet to throw an interception this month.  In the last two games, Romo has passer ratings of 141.3 and 133.9.

Romo's season is nothing less than terrific.  Hardly anyone would guess that he'd have a 102.6 passer rating.  Romo's 29-to-nine touchdown-to-interception ratio is the best in his career.  His 1.9 percent interception rate, fifth in the NFL, is unfathomable for Romo.

In most seasons, people might be wary of Romo in December, but he should be good against the Eagles.  The Eagles may be No 10 in pass defense.  One may see that they have allowed 200 yards passing in only half of their games.  However, the Eagles have faced many poor quarterbacks, most recently Tavaris Jackson, Matt Moore and Mark Sanchez.

Romo should rebound from his 18-of-35 performance in the last Cowboys-Eagles affair to put up a strong game.  Thus, he's a must to start.

Felix Jones

Jones is back.

In the two games since DeMarco Murray went down with a fractured ankle, Jones has back-to-back 100-yard games.  That's the first time he's rushed for 100 yards in consecutive games.

Jones may be benefiting from solid blocking.  Tony Fiammetta has been clearing lanes tremendously for both Jones and Murray.

Nevertheless, Jones is not about to slow down.  The Eagles are in the middle of the pack stopping the run, ranking 17th.  The Eagles have given up 150 yards four times.  Last Sunday, Reggie Bush, who is no luminary, burned the Eagles for 103 yards.  DeMarco Murray averaged more than nine yards per carry in the last Cowboys-Eagles meeting.

With Jones on a roll and about to face a slippery Eagles run defense, he's a good pick to start.

Miles Austin

Like Jones, Miles Austin is on a solid track in his return.  Austin caught five balls for 53 yards and a touchdown against the Bucs.  He has nine catches for 116 yards in two games since returning from his hamstring injury.  He has touchdowns in both games.

Romo will have Austin in his sights against the Eagles.  Austin has his speed back.  He'll be able to stretch the field for Romo.

With the likelihood of getting a good amount of catches and a touchdown, Austin is a good pick to start.

Jason Witten

When Jason Witten slips, he isn't off for long.  Witten rebounded from a three-catch, 12-yard day against the New York Giants to catch a nice four balls for 77 yards.

Witten is Romo's most consistent pass catcher.  He has caught at least four passes in all but two games.

Witten could be going especially hard as he approaches his third straight 1,000-yard season.  Currently, he has 849 yards.

As always, Witten is a solid option to start.
