Justin Forsett showed he only needs one shoe to abuse the St. Louis Rams. He only had four rushes all game, but the highlight of his day was surely this 22-yard scamper for a score.

The Seahawks defeated the Rams 24-7 with a big assist from the running game. Forsett and Marshawn Lynch combined for 126 yards on the ground.

Forsett found what was yet another gaping hole in the overly aggressive Rams front four and exploited it. Once he reached the second level he shook off three arm tackles into the end zone. The first attempt is what actually dislodged his show.

Forsett was moving so fast, you didn't notice he was gone until he was already in the end zone.

The Seahawks defense harassed Sam Bradford into a subpar 60.5 QB rating and shut down the disappointing Rams offense all together.

This run was not quite on par with the day's most impressive gallop by Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB LeGarrette Blount, but at least Forsett's team was victorious. Blount and the Bucs became the Green Bay Packers' newest victims.

The Seahawks improved to 4-6 on the season, while the Rams dropped to a dismal 2-8. Both teams are dead in the water in regards to a shot at the playoffs, but this was an entertaining play by Forsett.
