The New York Football Giants played a good game last night on Sunday night football. A good game, not a great game, but they were able to stay in the game the whole time. This was a very back and forth game. It seemed like every time the Giants scored the Eagles scored right after. Of course as we all know they lost in a very tight 4th quarter, by a score 45-38 Eagles.

This now puts the Giants in 3rd place in the NFC East, 2 games behind the Eagles. There is still plenty of time left in the season for the Giants to make up grown and at least win the wild card.

They have a recently tough opponent in the Washington Redskins coming up next week, and if they can pull a win there and hope for Dallas and Philly to lose, they would be able to gain a game in the division next week.

Fantasy Impact for ESPN Fantasy Football:

1. DeSean Jackson- 35 points
2. Donovan McNabb- 29 points
3. Eli Manning- 42 points
4. Hakeem Nicks- 23 points

Because it was such a high scoring game on both sides, there were many players on both teams who had a great impact in fantasy this week.

Fantasy Prediction:

Look for Eli Manning and Rookie Hakeem Nicks to both have another big game next week against Washington. The Redskins typically dont have a great pass defense, so look to start the big Giants receivers next week. Since the Giants will be passing the ball most of the game, I would look to sit Brandon Jacobs if you have a decent RB on your bench.

More Fantasy Updates to come later in the week!
