Its like a dream come true for the trillions of Raider fans on the planet Earth. A QB that can win games! Today was a testament to me that Bruce Gradkowski is no joke and may be the leader the Raiders need in the huddle. Gradkowski threw for over 300 yds today threw at least two TDs to grass torching Louis Murphy.

Gradkowski also threw to at least 7 different players like past QB Gannon who knew how to spread the ball around and confuse defenses. Bruce Gradkowski was also evasive when Steelers lineman Harrison tried to sack him. The guy shows a lot of talent and heart.

Its finally nice to see a QB that the team respects and plays hard for. Gradkowski had me doubting when the Raiders signed him up. I admit to being a doubter but in all fairness the guy is going to be stellar with the Raiders. He won the hearts of Raidernation fans today.

Lets not forget the great defense the Raiders have. Tommy Kelly is finally playing hard. Asomugha did well as did Michael Huff who appeared to be all over the field. Thomas Howard was also playing well. Chris Johnson had a chance to intercept a poorly thrown ball but he dropped it. Regardless the Oakland Raiders looked damn good with a Gradkowski at the helm.

So what to do with JaMarcus "Im gonna sit on the sidelines and listen to my headphones" Russell? I hope he is gone next season. He may have talent but its only at having the heart of a chicken. This guy had no fire or desire and is clearly a drain financially and emotionally on the Raider organization.

I was very impressed with todays game and I feel the Raiders can also defeat the Redskins next weekend. Gradkowski should have been playing after the Raiders first two losses since the Raidernation knew Russell was a bust.

As for the new general on the field, Gradkowski is simply great. Gradkowski has a lot of talent around him so I am sure we will win the majority of the last games this season. I really love the elusiveness. I mentioned it once before but the guy has great pocket vision and he will run. I believe he ran for like two first downs. Gradkowski has been given an opportunity to command the Raiders and he is turning a lot of heads in the NFL.

I also noticed that the Raiders are using my favorite RB Justin Fargas.  Fargas is simply a beast! I always felt that we should be running the ball alot more. Bush is complimentary to Fargas and McFadden performed decent today. Bush is a powerhouse and should be used against the Redskins so we will see.

The Silver and Black fly home with a win against their nemesis from years back, the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was nice to turn heads again. Its was awesome to see a stadium filled with terrible towels and bee colored faces moan and groan as Murphy caught the game winning TD!It was great news to hand the Steelers their fourth straight loss and knock them out of playoff contention! Go Raiders!!! Go Bruce Gradkowski!!
