Even the warm-ups before Champions League matches can produce some sublime footballing skills.

Ahead of Barcelona's 2-2 draw with Paris Saint-Germain in France last week, Lionel Messi and Dani Alves conjured up some incredible control in front of the crowd.

The Camp Nou pair dazzled the supporters with some phenomenal ball control and technique with 35 yards separating the two men.

Luckily for us, one PSG supporter captured the moment on film. Look closely at the two figures nearest to the touchline.

Barcelona are rated favourites to progress beyond a Paris Saint-Germain team which will include Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David Beckham tomorrow in the Champions League quarterfinal second leg at Camp Nou.

Argentina international Messi may start on the bench against the Ligue 1 side after picking up a hamstring injury at the Parc des Princes last week, and will undergo a late fitness test before the game according to The Independent.

After serving up their pre-match treat, Messi and Alves were in the thick of a great Champions League tie in the French capital.

Messi had opened the scoring for Barcelona in the 38th minute following a wonderful ball from Alves.

But Ibrahimovic was not to be outshone on his home turf and poked home an equaliser 11 minutes from time after Thiago Silva had headed against the post.

Barcelona took the lead again in the 89th minute through a Xavi penalty after Salvatore Sirigu fouled Alexis Sanchez inside the area.

However, Sweden international Ibrahimovic was to provide the final word when he headed down into the path of Blaise Matuidi to sweep home a second equaliser for PSG.

Now the question is can Ibrahimovic put his former club to the sword tomorrow? Or will Messi, Alves and Co. see off the challenge of Carlo Ancelotti's team?
