With a lot of athletes on Twitter, fans have followed along and have been able to connect with some of their favorite players through the popular social networking website.

Many players have a strong following and have shared their thoughts about games and practices. Players have also spent some time on Twitter by interacting with their fans.

In this slideshow, we will take a step back from Chiefs news as I go out-of-bounds and rank the top 10 Chiefs players on Twitter in 140 characters or less.

The list will be put together based on how often they tweet as well as their interaction with Chiefs fans and how many followers they have.
