2012 NFL Free Agency: Pierre Garcon Set to Sign with the Washington Redskins
Well, that didn't take so long.
Just about 45 minutes into NFL free agency, wide receiver Pierre Garcon tweeted that he will be signing with the Washington Redskins.
There have been no details of the deal, but one would assume that the Redskins are giving him a nice chunk of change, considering that this happened not even an hour into free agency.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Garcon is being brought into Washington to be one of Robert Griffin III's wide receivers in the years moving forward—that is, if the Redskins draft RG3 with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft.
In Garcon's fourth season in the NFL, he had a career year with the likes of Curtis Painter, Dan Orlovsky and Kerry Collins at quarterback with the Indianapolis Colts. The 25-year-old caught 70 passes for 947 yards in 16 games this past season, while scoring six touchdowns.
Garcon is one of the most athletic wide receivers in the NFL today and is certainly emerging into a star. He'll definitely be a key factor in developing RG3.
