St. Louis Rams: Shane's News, Nuggets and Nonsense at Noon

With the St. Louis Rams in a period of high activity including the the start of a new era under Jeff Fisher, the continuing process of Fisher building his coaching staff, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the coming free agency period and the much anticipated lease negotiations, I have decided to start a daily quick hit update for St. Louis Rams fans right here, every day. 

I have chosen this format to connect with readers briefly each day, Monday through Friday, via the above titled update/blog.

It will allow the reader to catch up on any important updates via a very brief check of this daily submission. The work day can be very hectic, and this daily format will create an avenue to catch up on the Rams in a very concise manner.   

With both exciting and worrisome topics surrounding the Rams, I will focus on those issues while bringing some lighthearted items here to bring you a lunch hour smile or laugh. 

Each day, content will be updated and will vary. Content may include: 

-Quick hits on players the Rams may target in the NFL Draft or in the upcoming free agency period along with my thoughts, links to scouting reports, etc.

-Season updates regarding press conferences, game notes and more.   

-Links to relevant information regarding the Rams, as well as notable St. Louis- related items.

-Interesting tidbits from around the NFL will be shared.

-A sprinkling of funny or otherwise interesting YouTube videos to bring a little laughter to your day  as you take a few moments during your lunch hour or thereafter to check in here regularly. 

-Other items or information that may pop up randomly. 

In a nutshell, expect much Rams' related information, quick thoughts, some off topic stuff and a few surprises here and there.  

I hope you all will enjoy it.  

I am open to suggestions and will be offering regular polls on an almost daily basis. This will be a daily page that you will help create. Poll results will be shared and discussed on the following day, each day. 

I may share some quotes from your comments and things along those lines as well.  

This page is one that will organically evolve as you and I fine tune a format here for many of us to enjoy.  

The first "real" edition will make its premiere tomorrow.

One, the revelation of my all-time favorite St. Louis Ram. Almost got emotional again just watching this clip.

Two, one of my favorite YouTube videos.  Pay close attention to the dialogue after "the accident." Quite hilarious in my book.  I apologize for the video quality, however.
