It's time for Rival Chiefs to come into Oakland and deal with a team  on the verge of breaking out. After their first meeting in September where the Raiders manhandled the Chiefs, they have had some issues putting things together.

This is no new place to be for the Raiders. They have made strides in games, looked really good, then fell on their faces! This team has been underachieving all year.

The Kansas City Chiefs have had their fare share of issues also, so this will be a very interesting game. If Oakland can control Larry Johnson, and blitz the QB until he sees nothing but Silver and Black, then this will be a great turnout.

Obviously the offense MUST come to the party in this game. It is essential that Russell takes his time and works that defence of Kansas City. Don't force it, J-Russ, or you'll come up short.

McFadden will be a vital part of this game also. The Raiders must put his abilities to work, use him for what he is good for. Fargas, well we all know he is a workhorse. Fargas will keep the D on their toes and McFadden can run it to the house at any time.

Let's not forget that Michael Bush is now the Fullback in Oakland. What does this mean? Well it means that there will be a handful of plays the Raiders can utilize now and also that there will be one big, strong man leading the way for Fargas and McFadden.

Ever since the debacle in Superbowl XXXVII when the Raiders were humiliated by the Gruden-led Bucs, they have been in a downward spiral. A game here and there has given us (Fans) small amounts of hope: the Miami game with Culpepper, beating Denver at home, etc.

But now is the time to capitalize on the momentum.  The Raiders are not only playing for a chance to actually take their division, but for pride to.  It's about time!

Just a bit of food for thought: The Raiders were the first team to make the playoffs as a wild card team and win the Super Bowl (Super Bowl XV) so let's do it again!!!

Kansas City, welcome to the Black Hole!

    Raiders welcomed KC
    KC promptly embarrassed the Raiders.
    No Bush.
    Russell looked like a bust.
    Tackling was bad.
And the absolute worst call in the history of the NFL. A fake FG, with 4th AND TEN, with a flaky shovel to your pudgy kicker, when even if he had not missed it, he was dead meat.
Every facet of the Raiders was horrible.

News Flash: it'll take 10 wins to be a wild card. With only 3 after week 12 the Raiders hopes of making the playoffs as a wild card are dead. They could still win the division if the Broncos loose out and they win out. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHHHAHAHAHA..HUHUH... oh... ehem
