If people like this, and if my predictions pan out to be pretty accurate, I will attempt to make my own version of "Fantasy Start Em' and Sit Em'" every week. However, just so it doesn't look like a rip off of that, I will discuss three players I believe you should start each week.
I won't come out here and tell you to start Adrian Peterson; you already know that. I will take a deeper look into it and give you some names you may not expect, but who will have monster weekends!
Matt Forte (vs. Green Bay)
Green Bay's rush defense was simply crushed the past four weeks. Adrian Peterson had his best game of the year last week against the Packers, racking up 192 yards on 30 carries with a touchdown.
The week before that they gave up 238 all-purpose yards to Tennessee's running backs, Chris Johnson and LenDale White.
In Week Seven, they gave up 114 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns to Dominic Rhodes. Dominic Rhodes! It doesn't help that in their last game their star middle linebacker, Nick Barnett, went down for a year.
Expect big numbers this week for Matt Forte!
Steve Smith and Jake Delhomme (vs. Detroit Lions)
Detroit has one of the worst pass defenses I have ever seen.
Last week they not only let Maurice Jones Drew run for three touchdowns in the first half, but David Garrard also had a pretty respectable day with 238 passing yards and two touchdowns.
In Week Eight, Kyle Orton was on pace to have yet another big outing against the Lions, however, he ended up getting injured and Rex Grossman had to come in. Orton played a full game a few weeks earlier in the season against the Lions where he threw for 334 yards and two touchdowns.
Week Nine was not much better for Detroit. Playing the Redskins, Jason Campbell threw for 328 yards and a touchdown.
As history shows, the Lions are a fantasy dream for owners with players on the opposing team. I am lucky enough to own Steve Smith and I'm expecting nothing less than greatness from him this week.
Ben Roethlisberger (vs. San Diego Chargers)
This is easily my gutsiest call of the week!
Roethlisberger, who has one touchdown and eight interceptions in his last three games, will reward fantasy owners this week for hanging on to him.
San Diego has the worst pass defense in the entire league. They give up 365 passing yards per game and have already allowed 17 passing touchdowns. To make things even better, they only give up about 100 rushing yards per game, which is actually pretty decent.
They are going to force Roethlisberger to throw the ball, which is great news for Big Ben! Not only is this game being played in Pittsburgh, but this is a huge game for the Steelers. They are currently tied for first place in the AFC North with the Baltimore Ravens.

I certainly hope that Roethlisberger torches the SD defense, I'd be extremely happy with a Steelers win this week to kick the chargers pretty much out of the playoff picture.

Don't worry Henry, I dont think your a homo. I dont think you can say Denver is at best an NFL Europe team when they have more rings than your underacheiving Chargers. You have had one of the best teams in the league for years now and you just cant get a win that matters. Plus, your only stud player of defense was only good because he shot up steroids. San Diego has been one of the biggest dissapointments in the NFL over these past few years.
