UFC Breaking News: Mirko Cro Cop vs. Roy Nelson on Tap for UFC 137
According to bloodyelbow.com, Mirko Cro Cop and Roy Nelson will be squaring off, possibly for their UFC livelihoods, at UFC 137 in October.
Cro Cop will be coming into the bout after two straight knockout losses to Frank Mir and Brendan Schaub at UFC 119 and UFC 128, respectively.
Cro Cop will not just be fighting for his UFC career, but probably for his fighting career overall.

Similarly, Nelson also comes into this fight on a two-fight losing streak, coming to Junior dos Santos at UFC 117 and Frank Mir at UFC 130.
Nelson was heavily criticized for his last performance against Frank Mir, where he gassed out, and, well, he looked his weight.
Originally, Cro Cop had been looking for a rematch against Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, but that didn't pan out, with Cro Cop saying: "The UFC does not like when fighters choose their opponents. Minotauro requested this match-up first and I said to Fighters Only that I agree. Then the UFC said, 'not now.'"
Instead we'll get to see a stand-up battle between the TUF 10 winner and a legend of the sport.
This one won't end until someone goes down.
Here's how UFC 137 is shaping up to look.
