It's summer, and that means NBA teams are making major decisions about their roster next season.

Management has to figure out draft picks, look at free agents, and consider players on other teams.

Trade rumors are already circulating, and there are several players who will probably be switching jerseys by the end of the summer.

These are 10 of those players.

Monta Ellis

It’s no secret that the Warriors are trying to find a way to get back into playoff contention. Monta Ellis is their main trade bait that could bring new talent to the Oracle Arena.

Teams that have been linked to an Ellis trade include the Lakers, Bulls and Magic. However, nothing official has been announced, and Mark Jackson mentioned that he’d like to keep Ellis in Oakland, if possible.

Ramon Sessions

Ramon Sessions is heading into his fifth professional season.

If the Cleveland Cavaliers choose Kyrie Irving in the draft next week, they’ll have to choose between trading either Sessions or Baron Davis.

Sessions may be more likely, since he’s younger and the Cavs can get more in a trade with him.

Baron Davis

The loss of Baron Davis is another possible result of Cleveland choosing Kyrie Irving. The Cavs have been shopping Baron Davis around, as well as Ramon Sessions.

It’s unclear as to which would leave, but if Irving joins the team, someone has to go.

Andre Iguodala

Andre Iguodala has been linked to several teams already this summer. One possible trade would be with the Warriors for Monta Ellis, but so far the 76ers haven’t said they’re close to a trade with anyone.

With all the rumors circulating around Iguodala, though, it’s hard to see him returning to Philadelphia next season.

Michael Beasley

This is a big “if” move. The Timberwolves are still shopping around their No. 2 draft pick, but if no trades happen, Minnesota will pick up Derrick Williams.

If that happens, chances are Michael Beasley will be on the chopping block to make room for the incoming power forward.

O.J. Mayo

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK - MAY 15: Guard O.J. Mayo #32 of the Memphis Grizzlies takes a shot against the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game Seven of the Western Conference Semifinals in the 2011 NBA Playoffs on May 15, 2011 at Oklahoma City Arena in Oklahoma City, O

The Memphis Grizzlies’ back court has too many players fighting for time on the court. Mayo will probably be one of the first to go.

He’s a good shooter, and the Chicago Bulls have been looking at him for a while. He’d probably do well with Derrick Rose, and the Bulls definitely need a solid shooting guard.

Dwight Howard

Dwight Howard has stated that he wants to stay in Orlando. However, he decided to be a free agent after next season.

There’s a good chance he won’t be around after that, but with talks of the Lakers having interest, he might not even be around for the rest of the year.

Nick Calathes

When Nick Calathes returns to the Dallas Mavericks from Greece, he’ll be returning to a team with plenty of guards.

The Mavs will probably capitalize on Calathes and try to trade him for something else they need.

Andrei Kirilenko

Andrei Kirilenko just finished the last year of his huge contract with the Jazz and don’t expect him to be in Utah next season.

Jan Vesely is a definite possibility for the Jazz’s No. 3 pick in the draft next week. He’s been compared to Kirilenko, and some say he’ll be the one to replace him as well. Kirilenko will be in a different jersey soon.

Lamar Odom

The Lakers are trying to figure out how to improve their roster for next year. While several of their players are untouchable—see Kobe Bryant—some aren’t. This group of players include Lamar Odom, who could be good trade bait.

He’s been seen as a possible exchange for the Warriors’ Monta Ellis. Besides Ellis, Odom could be someone the Lakers look to as a trade possibility for anything.
