Oakland Raiders: Going Through The Schedule With Madden, Part 1

First off, I didn't actually use Madden '09, but they didn't have a picture for '08,or, at least I didn't find it.

2nd off, your probably thinking: "The rooster is different, idiot!" Well, I actually changed everything, from getting rid of Carr, to making a Darren McFadden. The only difference is that Madden is calling the plays (in other words, I was "asking Madden").

DENVER BRONCOS

    Well, early in the first, JaMarcus Russell got injured, but only for one drive.

The Broncos didn't get in the red zone till there was 1:23 left in the half, and didn't score a touchdown till the 4th quarter.

It was a pretty low scoring game, surprisingly. Michael Bush had an absolute AWFUL game, but D-MAC was amazing, and Fargas Was okay, so it didn't matter.

Did I mention Cutler had 2 interceptions? One to Hall (which ruined field goal range), and one to Kirk Morrison, on an awful short pass. Javon Walker went catch-less, but the passing game was still good.

FINAL SCORE: DENVER: 16; OAKLAND: 20

If I got to choose the player of the game it would be… Darren McFadden, RB

@ KANSAS CITY CHIEFS

   So much for the Chiefs offense! By the 2^nd half, they were scoreless. They almost scored a touchdown at the one yard line, but a WR fumbled while being tackled, so not even a field goal that drive.

  The Raiders, on the other hand, were scoring non-stop. Michael Bush playing way better, the line was protecting better, and WRs were running routs better (besides Javon Walker, who again went catch-less).

FINAL SCORE: KANSAS CITY: 3; OAKLAND: 31

If I got to choose the player of the game it would be… JaMarcus Russell, QB

@ BUFFALO BILLS

Quite an improvement for Michael Bush since the 1^st game. He was actually a major factor, scoring twice and getting field goal position once.

The passing game wasn’t that effective, with Ronald Curry injured for the game. The only scoring on the pass was a Javon Walker TD pass, which was his first catch of the season, sadly.

FINAL SCORE: BUFFALO: 17; OAKLAND: 27

SAN DIEGO CHARGERS

This was the closet game yet, with the strongest opponent yet.

The Chargers were leading 10 to zip by the first time the Raiders stopped them on offense!  And the Raiders couldn’t come up with an offensive answer.

Finally the Raiders scored with a Justin Fargas 32-yard TD run, and the drive right after, JaMarcus Russell threw a bomb to Ronald Curry, who shook of a Charger for a Touchdown!

But that was all the Raiders got:14.
