Antonio Rodrigo Noguiera Wants Rematch with Frank Mir Next
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira would be the first to admit that his landslide loss to Cain Velasquez at UFC 110 was devastating
Despite the loss, he has already moved on and hopes to get back into the Octagon with Frank Mir.
Obviously, Mirโs immediate future is booked with a boutย against Shane Carwin at UFC 111 on March 27, but Nogueira would love an opportunity to avenge his UFC 92 loss to the former champion, Frank Mir.

Report: Mahomes Adds $239M to Deal
โDepending on the result of Frank Mir vs. Shane Carwin fight, weโd [like] to have a rematch with Frank Mir,โ Nogueiraโs manager Ed Soares told TATAME .
It should be noted that the Frank Mir that "Big Nog" fought over a year ago is not the same Frank Mir that is meeting Carwin in a couple of weeks.ย
Mir has concentrated on adding mass to his frame. He is significantly bigger and stronger than when he was trounced by current champion Brock Lesnar at UFC 100 last July.
It was Cainย Velasquezโ speed and technique that led to Nogueiraโs ultimate undoing. Mir has similar technique as Velasquez when it comes to boxing, but he does not have nearly the same quickness as the American Kickboxing Academy-trained fighter.
Many were wondering why Nogueira looked sluggish prior to being stopped by Mir for the first time in his career. Following the loss, reports surfaced that the Brazilian had actually suffered from a staph infection leading up toย the bout.
