Thanks for acknowledging how it is a privilege to work with and for Al Davis. ESPN, Tony Dungy, and the rest of the NFL can go stick it where the sun don't shine. Not to mention the misguided punk-sheep on BR who drink the kool-aid and don't appreciate our legacy and what is right in front of them.

Time to take these young bucks to the next level.

We need to fill some holes in our offensive and defensive front.

Do this, get the run game going, drill these receivers, let Jamarcus toss the rock like we know he can, and we will be unstoppable.

Set your goals, standards, and expectations high.

Start now. Send these guys the playbook and have them study the "go to" plays now.

Its time to win and win big. No more squeaking games out. Think blowout victories.

Get a couple of solid O-linemen into camp and get the competition going at a high-level.

Time to make these stars shine: JRUSS, DHB, L.Murphy, Z. Miller, B. Meyers, D. McFadden, M. Bush, JLH, Chaz S.

We need O-linemen and the best defenders available in the Draft.

If that means taking a shut-down corner or another game changing safety, then so be it. I do agree that we desperately need  a run stopping linebacker who does not abandon his gap.
