Hello again sports fans!  This is what kills me everyday with the critics who seem to utilize every bit of energy they have to slam the Oakland Raiders.

Why is it so bad that the Oakland Raiders are in a slump?  EVERY Team in NFL history has had some rough times but with Oakland, it's like they aren't allowed to without being slammed by every Hater known to man.

Yes, Oakland is in a state of confusion right now and are working out the bugs.  They have a ton of potential on the team and with the right glue this puzzle will come out beautifully.

We can all give our opinions of what they need to do or who they need to cut, but lets face it, the organization makes the decisions...we don't.

Al Davis has had more success than most owners ever will dream of, is his time up?  Maybe, but that's his choice.  He doesn't make the plays so lets focus on what the team can control not what they cant.

Does anyone remember how bad the Patriots were for a long time before becoming a solid team?  How about the Cowboys?  the Packers or Vikings?  They have all had very sad seasons and also have had some good ones.

The NFL stands for "Not For Long" whether it be for the Good, the Bad, or the Ugly!

So while all the Raider Haters are just loving life passing their time talking Shiz-Nit about the Raiders remember that nothing lasts forever and time will arise with the Silver and Black back on top.

Next year will be very interesting to see...

Who will the QB?  Who will be the Coach? and will Oakland rise above the critics?

I like all the other "TRUE" Raider fans will be watching with great anticipation and will not turn and run at the first sign of defeat.  Let's go Silver and Black!
