With another disappointing Cleveland Browns season nearing an end, here are some things I’d like for 2010.

Cribbs Contract- No player plays harder or means more to the Browns than Josh Cribbs. Give him what he deserves.

Offensive coordinator - Eric Mangini has brought some good changes to the Browns but his Achilles heel is his offense. He needs plenty of help in this area. If Mangini keeps his job, it will be with a new OC.

Safety- The Browns need help at safety. They need to find their next Eric Turner or Don Rogers or Felix Wright or Thom Darden. This area desperately needs upgraded.

Quarterback- The Browns have been searching for a franchise quarterback since Bernie Kosar was let go by Bill Belichick. I am not sure if Quinn can be that guy or not. Hopefully Mike Holmgren can solve this problem.  No more QB controversies.

Cornerback- Eric Wright has been playing well and looks like he will be a good one. Brandon McDonald is a nickle back at best. We need another solid corner opposite Wright.

Right Tackle- With Joe Thomas and Eric Steinbach on the left side and Alex Mack at center, the Browns are very solid. Someone is needed to anchor the right side of the line.

Wide Receiver- With Mohamed Massaquoi, Chansi Stuckey and Brian Robiskie the Browns have young talent that’s still learning. A good, veteran receiver is needed.

A Strong Draft- With eleven picks in this years draft, the Browns need to do well. A couple of home runs would be nice.

Better Use Of Cribbs And Vickers= I feel both players have not been used properly on offense. In Cribbs case, he needs some carries from the running back position as well as some screen passes thrown his way. As for Vickers, give him the ball some. He is very athletic with good size. A few carries would take some of the load off our running backs and give our opponents something else to prepare for.

Sign Matt Roth- I sure hope they can sign Roth to an extension. His aggressive play and attitude have been very valuable to the defense.

I honestly feel the Browns are headed in the right direction but still need to get some things fixed. Although their record doesn’t show it, they have become a team Browns fans can be proud of. With the emphasis on team.
