Now, I know all of you guys are going to get angry at me. Gradkowski played a great game, and I think the Raiders should finish off the season with him at the helm. However, JaMarcus Russell is our future, and we can't just cut a $33 million quarterback. Sorry to say the reality, but we need to stick by this man.

DHB has shown progress Raider Nation. He caught a TD in a big game against Dallas. He will turn out to be a good pick. He just needs to be benched in favor of Louis Murphy, who was a great steal by Al. He will be a great player; shit he already is a solid one. D Mac is being utilized in alot of different ways, and he will be a good player in this league for many years to come. He is the running back we need. Fargas is the tough runner, but he is that speed guy we could utilize in the passing and running game. A good pick by Al. His time will come once Bush is traded for a 2nd or 3rd round pick. JaMarcus has all the tools to be a great QB in this league, but he just needs time. Gradkowski is going to be this teams answer, for now, but I am confident that JaMarcus will find a work ethic, and become a leader, because of Gradkowski. He will be a good player, and our franchise QB. For now, he just needs to take notes from Gradkowski and learn to have fire and become a leader.

Gradkowski has brought fire to this Raiders team, and a hopeful future. If JaMarcus comes to camp fat again, vut his ass right on the spot. However, if he has pulled a Alex Smith , or Vince Young, and comes to camp at a lean 250 pounds,, with no more fat, imrpoved accuracy, and a fire, then we should give him a look.

Gradkowski has the fire this Raiders team needs, and I hop JaMarcus is taking notes from this. I want him to succeed in this league. He needs to grow up. His job is at stake. He has to work hard, take responsibility, and find fire, leadership, and a work ethic.

Have any of you guys heard reports of JaMarcus working extra? Gradkowski is the best thing that happened to this team, and because of it, we aren't a joke anymore, not after upsetting the defending super bowl champs. This are staring to look up in Oakland.

So far, we are 2-2 after the break. We are 4-8, and currently better than we were last season. We were 3-11 last season, compared to 4-8 now. That is progress. I think we will finish 7-9, like I said at the beginning of the season, and have the 11th pick in the 2010 Draft. No more 10 loss seasons, no more top 10 picks. This is a new era, and I hope JaMarcus is finally starting to take notice. WORK HARD JAMARCUS! GO GRAD!!!
