As the season has reached it's midpoint there's obviously some spots lacking on this team that need to be addressed via free agency and the draft.

I think LT Mario Henderson has cemented his status as the QB's blindside protector for the next 10 years. LG Robert Gallery should be fine after his recent injury and C Samson Satele is finally playing within the system and proving to a great fit. RG Cooper Carlisle and RT Cornell Green need to be upgraded.

A FB would be the last major upgrade on offense. Although Jamarcus Russell is drastically struggling he deserves another year behind a better offensive line and wide receivers who actually know how to run a route.

As for defense, I believe the first pick should be someone like DT Gerald McCoy as the Raiders should end up with another top 10 pick this year. If a stud DT isn't available and Alabama's stud LB Rolando McClain is available then he could be a great addition to the defense.

Although I believe if FS Taylor Mays is available Al is going to take him. I'd rather take the DT but we all know Al. Mays will be the best athlete at the combine in addition to the fact he's from Safety U, USC. I'm getting prepared adjusting to this fact.

The Raiders need to address their defensive and offensive lines. Based off of recent play they scored off of 3rd round draft pick Matt Shaughnessey and rookie free agent DT Desmond Bryant, but still need a run-stuffing DT who can cause some havoc and a RT who can hold the right end.

So on defense a stud DT or even a wide-bodied DT who is able to stop the run, a LB, and FS are needs that must be addressed this offseason.

FB, RG, RT, DT, LB, FS , General Manager, and Head Coach are the biggest offseason needs.

Expect FS Taylor Mays, a different uninspired coach, RT, LB, WR, DE, and CB as the positions addressed.
