Roger Goodell: Where Are You?

I guess at this point, Tom Cable would have to punch Roger Gooddell in the face to get suspended.

Goodell, who has consistently pulled the trigger on players who have been accused but not proven guilty has decided to take the wait and see approach with Tom Cable. A lot of online betting cappers are wondering why.

Brandon Marshall beats a girl and he gets suspended. Tom Cable breaks an assistant coach's jaw and is proven to have a history of violence towards women, but Goodell doesn't care.

Pacman Jones can sneeze and he is in Goodell's office for a meeting. Cable is being investigated by the police but Goodell doesn't even get a phone call from Goodell.

At this point, you have to start wondering whether there is some kind of favoritism in play. Is it a white-black thing? If Cable was black, would he be suspended by now? Or is it a coach-player thing? If Cable was a player - especially a black player - chances are he would have felt the heat from the league by now.

Instead, Goodell just sits back and lets things play out. For what reason, we aren't sure.

Maybe it's because the Raiders are a wreck as is and are a constant growing underdog in the sportsbook. Or maybe Al Davis has nude pictures of Goodell and is blackmailing him. Who knows. Either way, whether it's favoritism, racism or other, there is something fishy going.
