There comes a time in everyone's life that adversity overwhelms you and you wonder what did i do wrong?

You have to then, look in the mirror and say"What can I do to be a better person or avoid this from happening again"?

You have to analyse yourself and your faults and/or weaknesses.

You realize what it is that you did wrong and so commit to being better.

No matter what your skill, improving it by sharping your skill.

Always improving.Always analysing. Committing to being the best person/player you can possibly be,Thus Commitment To Excellence!

After last Sunday beat down by the Jets,The Oakland Raiders should reevaluate there Commitment To Excellence.

They should consider it being insulted, humiliated, and disrespected.

It is time more than ever to earn that respect back again.

They have to say"I'm not going to take it any more"!

They have to imagine The Chargers stole there fries when they where 5 on there birthday.(insert laugh here)

They have to stand up and say "We are NOT the laughing stock of the NFL ANY MORE"!

They have to not only do there jobs, but do them better than any one else.

When you do that,it becomes contagious and the rest follows.

Commitment To Excellence is more than a motto. It's a way of life in any area.

It's about admitting your mistakes and correcting them

It's about facing your fears and defeating them.

It's about doing more than the next guy and still not being enough.

When you commit,you NEVER quit!

I committed to be a Raider Fan in 71......
