Olson, who has been blind since the age of 12, made history in September when he snapped for the first time in a live game for USC.
He delivered the snap on a successful extra-point attempt in the Trojans' 49-31 win over Western Michigan.
Olson's first experience driving a car came just days before Charlotte Motor Speedway will host the NASCAR Monster Energy Series All-Star Race.
Olson said in the video that he previously told people he was capable of doing anything except driving, but he added that now he'll have to scratch that exception off the list.
