Antonius Cleveland, Golden State Warriors Reportedly Agree to Contract
The Golden State Warriors have reportedly signed Antonius Cleveland, according to Ian Begley of ESPN.com.
Cleveland, an undrafted free agent from Southeast Missouri State, played for the Portland Trail Blazers during Summer League play.
Cleveland, 23, averaged 16.6 points and shot 38.4 percent from beyond the arc during his senior season. At 6'6" he has solid length and athleticism for the shooting guard position, and Begley reported in early June that "several NBA decision makers from teams with second-round picks have been impressed by his play."

While that didn't lead to being drafted, his play in the Summer League clearly impressed Golden State. He averaged 5.8 points in 14.7 minutes per game in Las Vegas for the Trail Blazers, shooting 40.6 percent from the field.
"He had some good workouts and a good summer," Begley noted.
And Cleveland's explosiveness and improving jumper give him potential at the next level. DraftExpress broke down his tools in December:
Cleveland has gone from being a 5'8" high school junior to an NBA prospect, so he continues to show room for growth. While he's likely going to spend his time in the G-League this year, his upside made him a worthy gamble.
