PSG Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Alexis Sanchez and Grzegorz Krychowiak
Paris Saint-Germain are set to miss out on the signing of Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez after a dispute over his fee and wages, according to French reports.
Le Parisien (h/t Charles Perrin of the Daily Express) reported the transfer might not progress from this point after PSG questioned the cost of enticing the Chile international. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has spoken out, saying Sanchez has not had contract discussions with the Ligue 1 club as they chase Barcelona forward Neymar. Wenger added:
"No, I don’t think he [Sanchez] was in Paris. No. Paris Saint-Germain cannot get Sanchez so they go for Neymar. I read L’Equipe in the last three to four days and it has moved from Sanchez to Neymar. You know they are speaking about Neymar, a few days they were speaking about Sanchez. They need a subject to write about. My mind has been made up for a while now. I think I’ve made it clear a few times that he is not for sale and this is my stance."

Goal (h/t B/R Football) reported the player had recently met with PSG officials to thrash out a switch:
The 28-year-old was excellent in the Premier League last season, scoring 24 goals and providing 10 assists, according to WhoScored.com.
Sanchez has continued to be the Gunners most important talent, and it is unsurprising Wenger wants to retain his goals and creativity.
In other PSG news, Chelsea reportedly contacted Grzegorz Krychowiak's representatives to sound out the player over a potential transfer to the Premier League champions.
L’Equipe (h/t Tom Olver of Metro) reported the Blues were keen to discuss a deal that could have brought the midfielder to Stamford Bridge. However, manager Antonio Conte has since captured Tiemoue Bakayoko of Monaco as he revamps his options.

The Poland international arrived in Paris as one of the top defensive midfielders in Europe, but he has failed to make a huge impact on the starting XI.
If PSG miss out on Sanchez, it will be a bitter blow to the French team after surrendering their league crown last season.
The Parc des Princes outfit must buy big this summer, but in a hugely inflated transfer market, selling clubs and players hold the power.
Sanchez has shown little interest in staying at Arsenal, and fresh bidders will approach the forward if he cannot sign with PSG.
