De Sciglio came through the ranks at Milan, making 133 senior appearances for the Rossoneri.
He split his time with at the San Siro between right-back and left-back. He played far more as the latter last year, but following Dani Alves' departure to Paris Saint-Germain this summer, it appears he'll operate as the former in Turin.
The 24-year-old enjoyed the best spell of his Milan career under Juventus boss Max Allegri, who will look to revitalise De Sciglio's somewhat stalled career now they have been reunited.
Under the Italian, he showed himself to be a composed and intelligent player capable contributing at both ends of the pitch, but he has struggled to kick on since Allegri's departure from Milan in 2014 and consequently lost his status as a key player at the San Siro.
De Sciglio has not been helped by proving somewhat susceptible to injuries. According to Transfermarkt, since the start of 2013, he has missed 50 games through injury, and his longest spell out lasted for just over two months.
Juventus, who allowed Leonardo Bonucci to head the other way earlier in the window, will hope De Sciglio can regain his best form and fitness following his move.
If he can, he will prove a strong buy for the Old Lady.
