Real Madrid Transfer News: Kylian Mbappe Unsure About Future, Latest Rumours
AS Monaco star Kylian Mbappe has once again been ambushed by Spanish reporters desperate to learn whether he'll join Real Madrid or not, and he told them he's yet to make a decision and needs more time.
As reported by Metro, Madrid-based newspaper AS have sent a reporter to Monaco's pre-season training camp in Switzerland, and despite the French club denying the reporter access, he has continued to harass the teenager.

On Friday, the 18-year-old told the reporter, "I don't know if I will stay," and on Monday, he was once again confronted. Per the report, he was asked about a front cover that featured him, and while AS were not allowed to publish his exact comments, they reported on the conversation anyway:
"But that has not stopped them from loosely reporting the contents of their conversation, saying that Mbappe was surprised by the exhaustive speculation and coverage he has received in Spain.
"He asked for calm and says he is in no hurry to make a decision over his future, instead conceded he needed time to properly think about his next move."

The transfer saga surrounding the young France international has taken on ridiculous proportions this summer, fuelled by the constant speculation of some of Spain's biggest newspapers.
Real Madrid have yet to sign a big star―they've brought in youngsters Theo Hernandez and Dani Ceballos―and the likes of AS appear to be growing impatient.
Most signs point to Mbappe staying in Ligue 1 for now, and Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger recently told reporters he expects the striker to make his move next summer, via B/R Football:
Mbappe was one of the sport's top breakout players last season, coming out of nowhere to play a huge role in Monaco's run to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals. He also scored 15 goals in Ligue 1, and backed by his scoring, Monaco won the domestic title ahead of Paris Saint-Germain.
Monaco have already lost several key players this summer, including Bernardo Silva, Nabil Dirar and Tiemoue Bakayoko. If there's one player they'll be keen to hold onto, it's Mbappe, the shining jewel of their talented core.

Los Blancos aren't known to just lie down and accept there are certain players they can't have, however. Per the report, they're more than happy to wait for Mbappe, even if it means he won't join until next summer.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema still make up one of the best attacking units in the world―the La Liga champions can afford to let Mbappe continue his development for one more year and return for his services in 12 months.
