Manchester United continue their pre-season tour of the United States when they travel to face Real Salt Lake on Tuesday.

The Red Devils pummelled L.A. Galaxy in their opening game on American soil, beating the Californian side 5-2.

Marcus Rashford grabbed a brace as he displayed an improved physique after a summer of hard work in the gym.

United appeared in excellent shape against the Galaxy in the opening encounter of their busy pre-season.

Manager Jose Mourinho will be delighted by Rashford's condition, with the forward appearing to have grown in the weeks before the tour.

The England international is visibly bigger and more powerful, and his finishing was deadly against L.A.

Romelu Lukaku was handed his United debut against the Galaxy, and the big-money signing gave his new side a focal point in attack.

He combined well with Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who should be given the regular duties at No. 10 after Wayne Rooney's departure.

According to Paul Haigh of Metro, Lukaku is in line to start against Real Salt Lake alongside Paul Pogba and Victor Lindelof.

The former Everton striker appeared as a substitute in his first game, missing a couple of excellent opportunities.

Lukaku scored 25 goals for the Toffees in the Premier League last season, per WhoScored.com, and United need him to shoot out of the blocks if they are to mount a title challenge.

United laboured during a portion of Mourinho's first season in charge, and the self-proclaimed Special One will demand a winning attitude from the first game.

Real Salt Lake enter the match during a disappointing season in MLS, finding themselves in ninth place in the Western Conference.

They have lost 12 games this term, and United will expect to find the net on multiple occasions in Utah.

Real have won just four games at home this season but will have the advantage of fitness over their Mancunian opponents.
