Tony Romo Hasn't Officially Filed Retirement Papers After CBS Sports Agreement
Despite agreeing to a deal to be CBS Sports' lead NFL color commentator, former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has yet to file retirement papers.
According to ESPN.com's Todd Archer, Romo doesn't plan to file them in the near future. While that doesn't mean he intends to return to playing, it leaves the possibility open.
Romo was released by the Cowboys on April 4, which means he is technically free to sign with another team if he so chooses.
