FIFA 17 Ultimate Team: FUT Ones to Watch Winter Players, SBCs, Packs Revealed
EA Sports has confirmed the Winter Edition lineup for FIFA 17 Ultimate Team Ones to Watch, where Julian Draxler, Dimitri Payet and Gabriel Jesus headline after completing major moves in the January transfer window.
Draxler joined Paris Saint-Germain from Wolfsburg in a £35.5 million deal, per BBC Sport, while Jesus already has his goal tally up and running at Manchester City after finally completing his transfer from Brazilian club Palmeiras.
EA relayed the lineup via Twitter:
Ones to Watch will now get in-form upgrades whenever the player concerned receives a Team of the Week selection, or any other in-form improvement for that matter.
Memphis Depay also features among the latest Ones to Watch after jumping ship from Manchester United to Lyon, while former Red Devils team-mate Morgan Schneiderlin is also included following his move to Everton last month.

M'Baye Niang has also received a OTW card following his loan move from AC Milan to Watford, as is the case with centre-back Mamadou Sakho, who joined Crystal Palace on loan from Liverpool. Despite having not played for the Reds this season, Sakho boasts ratings of 81 and 84 in defence and physicality, meaning he could be worth the investment if he shines at Selhurst Park.
Southampton signing Manolo Gabbiadini could also be a prime purchase for those looking to combine Premier League and Italian themes in their lineups, with the striker boasting 82 pace and 82 shooting.
Meanwhile, Leon Bailey has received a winter upgrade to a base rating of 76 after moving to Bayer Leverkusen—he was 74 at Genk—and he'll make the jump from silver to gold.
Altogether, the new OTW release features seven Premier League players, five Ligue 1 representatives, four Serie A stars, four players currently based in the Bundesliga and just two figures based in La Liga.
We provide a complete breakdown of FUT 17 Ones to Watch: Winter Edition, complete with more in-depth analysis of the most promising cards nominated to receive in-form boosts for the remainder of the campaign.

Julian Draxler, Paris Saint-Germain
The 2016-17 campaign has quickly picked up for Draxler, who has gone from an outcast at the Volkswagen Arena to swiftly leading PSG across multiple campaigns following a prolific start to life at the Parc des Princes.
PSG's winter investment in the player was particularly savvy considering he'll be eligible to feature in the UEFA Champions League, and the competition's official Twitter account highlighted his sterling record in Paris thus far:
Draxler is going from strength to strength in the French capital, and the Coupe de France has proved to be a particular favourite of his after bagging a brace against Rennes on Thursday:
The German's base card is rated 84, but because Draxler was boosted to 86 in FUT 17 Team of the Week 19—after his transfer to PSG—he retains the more impressive rank for his OTW card.
Draxler is sure to be a candidate for just about any Ligue 1 or German hybrid teams, and with respective ratings of 89 and 85 in dribbling and passing, he could go on to become a world-beater in centre attacking midfield.
Dimitri Payet, Marseille

Payet's controversial departure from West Ham United last month was anything but pleasant, but a new start back at former club Marseille promises to see the Frenchman back playing at his best.
As if the left-sided maestro's 86 base rating wasn't impressive enough, Payet stands to see a boost on the 87 passing and dribbling stats that already make him a weapon in midfield.
It's clear the free-kick specialist is enjoying being back at the Stade Velodrome, too, per Goal's Mohammed Ali:
Marseille haven't been at their most prolific this season—they've scored 29 goals in in 22 Ligue 1 games—but Payet could be the missing ingredient that promises to get their attack firing on all cylinders.
Any in-form improvements may be rather small given the ex-Hammer is already 86, but he promises to be the talisman at the Stade Velodrome among a cast of lower-profile characters.
Gabriel Jesus, Manchester City

It's taken Jesus just a matter of weeks to inspire the Etihad Stadium following a belated winter move from Palmeiras, having agreed his transfer last summer.
And one thing that seems certain for the Brazilian is big improvements ahead after netting his first Citizens goal in a 4-0 hammering of West Ham on Wednesday:
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is also evidently aware of the talent he has on his hands, per Simon Bajkowski of the Manchester Evening News, with Jesus currently rated at just 78 overall:
That figure will undoubtedly undergo a makeover or two in the months to come as Jesus has already suggested he can be City's new attacking talisman, with his shooting stat of 76 the most liable to increase.
Combine that with the South American's already threatening pace and dribbling figures of 86 and 85, respectively, and this could be the One to Watch who beats all others.
