WWE Raw: Potential Spoilers, Rumors, News and Preview for Oct. 31
After several warriors ventured into hell, things promise to get a lot less serious on the Halloween edition of WWE Raw.
Monday's show is bound to feature Superstars in costumes and holiday silliness. In between all of that, though, Raw will have a full plate as WWE pivots the red brand's focus from Sunday's Hell in a Cell pay-per-view to Survivor Series on Nov. 20.
The night is sure to celebrate Raw's new champions, Charlotte and Brian Kendrick. There is unfinished business to attend to concerning Seth Rollins' chase of the Universal Championship and Cesaro and Sheamus' battle with The New Day.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Raw's head honchos, Stephanie McMahon and Mick Foley, have to start putting together the brand's Survivor Series teams as well.
And Goldberg will charge into Hartford, Connecticut, to talk up his Survivor Series clash with Brock Lesnar. WWE announced the former WCW world champ's arrival last week:
Will any surprise Halloween-themed guests join Goldberg on Monday's Raw? How will WWE build on the thriller Charlotte and Sasha Banks put on? Will Team Red follow SmackDown's lead and start to book qualifying bouts for Survivor Series?
For answers, we turn to the Raw preview on WWE.com, backstage reports and a look at current storyline arcs. The fun will then kick off on Monday at 8 p.m. ET on the USA Network.
News, Potential Spoilers
Hartford may welcome a few blasts from the past. Mike Johnson wrote for PWInsider.com, "There's been a lot of creative pitches for bringing old 'spooky' names back for the Halloween edition of Raw next week."
That could led to cameos from acts like Papa Shango or Gangrel. Boogeyman would be right at home on a Halloween-themed Raw.
And Monday night may mark a shift in the women's title picture.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio (h/t Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc), WWE has decided to go with a Bayley-Charlotte program sooner than expected. That could mean The Boss steps aside for her hug-happy ally for the moment.
Raw Streaks
The Bo Dallas push is still alive and well.
WWE has looked to revive the beaten-down midcarder with a nastier attitude, a taste for poetry and a winning streak. Dallas last beat Curtis Axel on the final Raw before Hell in a Cell.
Per the Internet Wrestling Database, that marked his fifth singles victory on Raw in a row.
Dallas looks poised to topple old ally Axel a few more times before climbing up the card. It's an odd move to dedicate all this energy to him while the more talented Neville continues to waste away in the background.
Nia Jax hasn't even garnered any airtime of late.
She was on a tear, gobbling up jobbers each week, but has not been featured on Raw recently. As seen on the Internet Wrestling Database, Jax has not wrestled on Raw since Sept. 12. She has now gone six consecutive weeks without a match on the show.
Jax has to be one of the five women on Raw's female Survivor Series team. And it would be smart to have her earn that spot by steamrolling someone like Summer Rae.
Hell in a Cell Fallout
Sheamus and Cesaro had The New Day beat at Hell in a Cell.
Cesaro had Woods locked up in a Sharpshooter, but just before the babyface tapped out, Kofi Kingston clocked Sheamus on the outside, earning his team a disqualification. That smells like this story is set to continue, with Cesaro and Sheamus getting another crack at the gold soon.
The Raw preview on WWE.com asked, "Will the two straight wins over New Day be enough to keep Cesaro and Sheamus in the Raw tag team title picture?"
Other teams are likely to be too busy fighting each other to move past Cesaro and Sheamus. Enzo Amore and Big Cass, for example, will be looking to avenge Sunday's loss to Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.
After yanking the Cruiserweight Championship from T.J. Perkins' grasp on Sunday's PPV, Brian Kendrick now sits atop a division sure to showcase new faces.
Perkins never clicked as champion due to underwhelming charisma. Raw can instead turn to the high-energy Rich Swann or gravity-defying Cedric Alexander as babyfaces chasing the champ.
The Raw preview hinted at someone other than Perkins moving in on Kendrick when it asked, "Who will step up to challenge him?"
Seth Rollins will have plenty to gripe about when he steps onto the Raw stage.
Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho double-teamed him to keep the Universal Championship in KO's hands. Rollins should be angry and focused on Monday night. But one has to wonder if his title hopes will be diverted as he begins a feud with Triple H instead.
The Game hasn't been a part of this narrative since ambushing Rollins and clearing the way for Owens to win the universal title. His re-emergence is due.
Even after a Hell in a Cell match that left Banks hobbled, the war between her and Charlotte doesn't appear to be over.
The Raw preview stated, "The Boss is, of course, owed a rematch after losing the title, but whether Charlotte will be charitable enough to grant her one is another story entirely."
Banks will find herself in the familiar position of being in chase mode. WWE can't keep trading the title back and forth, so it's likely The Boss doesn't reclaim her prize for months.
In the meantime, WWE has a golden opportunity to build on a tremendous main event from these two wrestlers and continue the momentum the women's division has generated. That is, however, if Halloween shenanigans don't get in the way.
