WWE Raw Results: Biggest Winners, Losers and Moments from May 30
From the moment Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson inked their WWE contracts, it was clear that fans would be privy to the reunion of The Club on the biggest stage it had ever appeared on. The only question was whether it would be AJ Styles or Finn Balor that assumed leadership of the group.
Fans got their answer Monday night as The Phenomenal One executed a grand heel turn that saw him brutally beat down the returning John Cena and leave him lying in the center of the squared circle, all the while establishing himself and The Club as the biggest winners of the night.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Frustrated after consecutive pay-per-view losses to Roman Reigns, the world-renowned Styles lashed out, setting Cena up and knocking him down in a glorious beatdown that firmly established him as a lead villain in the sports-entertainment empire.
For Gallows and Anderson, the attack finally gave them purpose. Not only did it erase all preconceptions of them as lackeys for Styles, it also set them up to interact with Cena in the coming weeks and months. Add to that the fact that they openly targeted WWE tag team champions The New Day earlier in the broadcast, and Monday represented their first truly remarkable night since debuting.
While Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins and the Money in the Bank match may form the foundation of the June 19 extravaganza, it will be difficult to find a program with more pure emotion than The Club vs. Cena.
An Irish Lass Kicker and former Prime Time Player round out the list of winners from Monday's broadcast, while two of the top stars in the industry were the unlucky recipients of "biggest loser" status coming out of the show.
Winner: Becky Lynch
For weeks, Lynch was jerked around, her rivalry with Emma shoved to the back burner before an injury to the Aussie competitor rendered it nonexistent. She inexplicably lost matches to the debuting Dana Brooke as Vince McMahon looked to get his newest pet project over with the masses. Then, she disappeared.
The former NXT star made her grand return to Raw Monday night, rescuing Natalya from a two-on-one beatdown and furthering her rivalry with Brooke. More importantly, she could be overheard making threats directed at Charlotte, suggesting that the Lass Kicker may be back in the WWE Women's Championship picture sooner than later.
In fact, she will battle her fellow Four Horsewoman Thursday night on SmackDown in a match that could give fans a better idea of what direction the two-on-two rivalry is headed.
Regardless of what does or does not happen, Lynch is a wildly talented competitor who fell by the wayside in the aftermath of the monumental WrestleMania 32 Triple Threat match. Her return to relevance is much overdo.
Losers: Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns
Neither Roman Reigns nor Seth Rollins came out of the segment hyping their upcoming WWE World Heavyweight Championship match looking particularly strong. Reigns was booed out of the building—again—and WWE Creative's insistence on getting Rollins over as a villain left him looking more like an idiot than anything as he ran to the ring, then stopped before doing it all over again.
The story has not been there to this point, despite it being a somewhat easy one to tell. Reigns won the title that Rollins never truly lost. Instead of telling that story to its best ability, Creative is far too interested in convincing fans that they can get them to boo Rollins, something that will not happen with any consistency at this point.
The result was an underwhelming segment that did nothing to make their upcoming championship clash any more anticipated. If anything, it killed some of its appeal.
Winner: Titus O'Neil
Just when it looked like O'Neil's suspension for playing around with his boss may have effectively ended any shot he had of a sustained singles push, he exploded back onto television on last Thursday's episode of SmackDown, rescuing Kalisto from a beatdown at the hands of Rusev.
Monday night, he repeated his actions, cutting The Bulgarian Brute off as he ran down the United States champion. He interrupted the promo and knocked Rusev down to end the segment, essentially establishing himself the favorite to challenge for the U.S. title next.
O'Neil has always been a hardworking big man, but his singles pushes have been far from successful. Perhaps pairing him with a character as strong and effective as Rusev, with a Ravishing Russian mouthpiece capable of drumming up heat, is exactly what he needs to thrive in that situation.
